Her wine list for the Fernery focuses on provenance, great value, and most importantly, sustainability. She works closely with Dougie to pair a beautiful wine selection to compliment our tasting menus.

Over the past few months, Head Sommelier, Cathryn, and Executive Chef, Douglas Balish, have meticulously crafted drinks to pair with each dish on Fernery’s tasting menu. Their mission is to make the dining experience inclusive for everyone. The best way to achieve this? By creating an exceptional alcohol-free pairing option for guests.
Whether you’re the designated driver, or simply choose not to drink alcohol, you can now enjoy a pairing experience like no other.
