From the rugged peaks of the mountain to the stillness of the forest, the rolling coastline and the open ocean, each drink is crafted as a chapter in a story. Written like a book, the menu invites you to read, sip, and feel transported to the very heart of each place.
Created by our Bar & Lounge Manager, Alex Adaixo, and F&B Manager, Andreas Grammatikopoulos, this collection captures their first experiences of Wales, seen through fresh eyes and distilled into flavour.
